Since 1999 the Trust’s property portfolio has grown rapidly, from $12 million then to more than $56 million today. Property development will continue to be a key focus in future years.

The Trust owns more than 80 properties, with about 100 tenants. Tenants include local companies, small owner-operated businesses as well as national and multinational businesses, operating in all sectors of the economy.

As a civic landlord, the Trust accepts responsibility for the maintenance and upgrading of all its properties for the benefit of both tenants and the community while at all times protecting the Trust’s endowment.
